This Privacy Policy describes how the Quiz Engine app ("the App") handles information when you use it. The App provides practice tests for the Canadian Citizenship Test (English and French) and the Ontario G1 driver's knowledge test. Additional practice tests may be added in future updates.
The App does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data during normal use. All quiz progress, results, and preferences are stored only on your device using local storage. Nothing is uploaded automatically.
The only exception is the optional Contact Support form inside the App. If you voluntarily fill it in and tap Send, the name, email address, and message you typed are transmitted to a third-party form-relay service (see Section 2) so the App maintainer can reply to you. The App does not access your email, name, or any device information unless you explicitly enter it into this form yourself.
The App does not use any third-party analytics, advertising networks, crash reporting, or behavioural tracking services.
The App uses a single third-party service: Web3Forms (privacy policy) — a contact-form relay that forwards messages from the in-app Contact Support form (and from the form on this Privacy Policy page) to the maintainer's email. Web3Forms only receives data you voluntarily type into a form and submit. No data is transmitted to Web3Forms unless you press Send.
The App is suitable for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Because the App collects no personal data automatically, it complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). The Contact Support form is voluntary and includes no age verification — children should ask a parent or guardian before submitting it.
If we update this policy, we will publish the new version at this URL and update the "Last updated" date above.
